A husband and a wife got bored of doing it in bed, so the husband says to his wife:
"What if we went to the park and did it among the passers-by to make it more interesting and exciting?"

And so they go. A policeman catches them doing it and says:
"You can't do this at a public place and so you will get a fine. The lady will pay 300 dollars and the gentleman 100!"

The husband gets all worked up:

"Why does she have to pay more than me!?"

The policeman answers:
"Because, I have caught you doing it for the first time and I have caught her already for the third time!"
