In time, your intercourse will last so long that you will be able to have sex without using this technique. Your partner has to participate. It is therefore right that you talk to her about it. The squeezing technique

When you feel that you are about to come, squeeze your penis by pressing the thumb right under its head and wrap the index finger around the head. The squeeze must be strong.

Frequent masturbation

If you masturbate frequently, your body can get used to stimulation in such a way that in time you can prolong sexual intercourse.
