How to Keep Your Vagina Tight?

Kegel exercises

These are vaginal muscles exercises, named after Dr. Arnold Kegel, who first introduced them as a recommendable practice for women and their vagina. Any woman can learn how to do them and it’s unnoticeable if you perform them publicly. They will definitely help you keep your vagina tight. The only way to learn them is simple, when you urinate. In order to isolate the right muscles, try stopping the flow a few times when you urinate and hold it before you let go again. When you conquer this, you can do the exercise on “dry land” as well, for example right now, in front of the computer. Try squeezing the muscles as if you were trying to stop the flow of urine, and relax them again. Do this ten or twenty times, but at least five times a day. The recommended dose for Dr. Kegel was two hundred contractions of vaginal muscles a day. You can set your own pace.

Variations of Kegel exercises

We have described the basic Kegel exercise, but you can also do variations. For example, you can contract the vaginal muscles slowly and gradually and when you reach the highest tension, release them slowly and in growing motions. Repeat this at least a few times.

The other way is to keep your muscles tight for a few seconds. You tighten the vaginal muscles, keep them tight for at least five seconds and release. As we have mentioned before, you can also do Kegel exercises in public, while watching the television, while talking with friends over a drink, while sitting at work, or a few minutes before going to bed. Do them regularly and you can keep your vagina tight.

Erotic beads

The purpose of erotic beads isn’t only sexual arousal and stimulation. Their purpose is also to preserve the activity of vaginal muscles and to contribute to their firmness. All you have to do is insert the beads into your vagina and lie on the bed in a relaxed manner. Grab hold of the cord with your fingers and lightly pull on it, but don’t let the beads get out of your vagina. You could almost say it looks like tug of war, except that instead of competitors pulling the rope, your vaginal muscles and your hand are competing. You can also walk around the apartment for a while with the erotic beads inside you. While you do your ordinary chores, your vagina will be exercising. If you’re surprised by an orgasm in between, so much the better.

Exercising the vagina during intercourse

Now that you know how to tighten and relax your vaginal muscles, you can have fun during intercourse as well. Your partner will feel pleasant erotic squeezing on his penis and you’ll feel his cock even more intensely. The feeling that you’re blocking his way while he’s penetrating you wildly will arouse you even more, not only physically but psychologically as well because you’ll get the feeling like he’s stealing your body like a barbarian. If you do the exercise after the orgasm, when he’s still resting in your vagina, you’ll tickle him pleasantly.

A cream to tighten the vaginal muscles

The cosmetic industry has discovered a new way to keep your vagina tight which requires less effort. There are many creams on the market which promise a narrower vagina and claim they’re made out of only natural herbs. Before using any cosmetics, you should definitely consult your gynaecologist and don’t fall for cheap products because they may have unpleasant consequences.
