How Nutritional Is Sperm?
Don’t overlook what the label on a package of sperm would say if you could buy it in stores!

There are many stories being told about sperm. In many of them, we can hear about its healing and miraculous powers.
The composition of sperm
The average ejaculation contains about a teaspoon of semen, or to put it in other words – from 200 to 500 million sperms.
The amount depends on the age of the man as well (younger men produce, on average, more sperm), the time from the last ejaculation and the length of the
erection. So, what can we find in this teaspoon? In the entire ejaculation, we can find only 1 % of sperms. The main ingredients are proteins and there are only about 1 % of them. In the rest of the 99 %, there is a liquid with the function to protect and it enables the sperms to reach their goal. One ejaculation contains 5 to 7 calories. The other ingredients are fruit sugar, water, vitamin C, citric acid, enzymes, zinc, amino acids, magnesium and calcium.
Sperm is appropriate for a protein diet
The nutritional value of sperm is supposedly comparable to an egg white, which is also full of protein and without any carbohydrates. Sperm is therefore appropriate for diets with an emphasis on protein, or for albumen diets.
If you saw sperm wrapped in a nice package in a store, you might buy it, but not because of its miraculous characteristics. Its main miraculous characteristic is the ability to fertilize. You can’t gain weight with sperm, nor can you replace any other food deficiency with it. If you want to see its miraculous effects, you would have to eat enormous quantities of it. Perhaps, you’d be most excited by epinephrine, which functions as an
antidepressant.
