Ljubomir Erović recently put out a book of recipes where he explains how to prepare hundreds of different dishes. The only common denominator is that all the recipes include the testicles of animals. Erović is a real expert when it comes to preparing the testicles of any kind of animal, it seems. He prepares very imaginative dishes, which will undoubtedly make some readers laugh hard. This is the first book of its kind and the Serbian chef unashamedly admits that he is the true authority in this field.

A pizza with testicles
When you come to the chapter where Erović presents a pizza with balls, this will not be a typical pizza from restaurants, but a pizza made with the testicles of animals, which Erović turns into a popular dish. You will also find recipes for fried and roasted testicles in the book. The Serbian chef explains that the best testicles are those of a bull and a horse.
Erović assures us that all testicles are edible, except human.

The book contains many pictures where Erović shaves and peels the testicles, prepares them in every possible way and warns that before slicing them into small pieces you have to carefully wash them for at least half an hour. “I have been cooking and roasting testicles for twenty years, so I am convinced I am the best in the world,” the Serbian chef also explains and says that the testicles of animals make for a great aphrodisiac, full of 
testosterone and life strength. At the end of the book, you will find a warning telling you that all the testicles are edible, except human, of course.
Horse testicles are also a great aphrodisiac, according to the master chef.

If you are a movie buff, then you have seen the 1989 movie The Cook, The Thief, His Wife and Her Lover. This is a story about an imaginative family of chefs who come up with a very vengeful cooking scheme, where they serve a roasted man, together with his testicles and penis, of course. Did our Serbian chef Ljubomir Erović get his inspiration for his dishes in this cult movie? Let's hope not. Seeing as he told people that he has been making meals with testicles for twenty years and considering that this movie was shot in 1989, we leave it up to the reader to decide.
