Ljubomir Erović recently put out a book of recipes where he explains how to prepare hundreds of different dishes. The only common denominator is that all the recipes include the testicles of animals. Erović is a real expert when it comes to preparing the testicles of any kind of animal, it seems. He prepares very imaginative dishes, which will undoubtedly make some readers laugh hard. This is the first book of its kind and the Serbian chef unashamedly admits that he is the true authority in this field.

A pizza with testicles
When you come to the chapter where Erović presents a pizza with balls, this will not be a typical pizza from restaurants, but a pizza made with the testicles of animals, which Erović turns into a popular dish. You will also find recipes for fried and roasted testicles in the book. The Serbian chef explains that the best testicles are those of a bull and a horse.
Erović assures us that all testicles are edible, except human.
