This kind of rewarding is common in the U.S. In Italy, the breast surgery is now the most common graduation present! Parents prefer giving their daughters larger breasts to a new car or holidays, which have been the top two graduation presents until recently. Italian girls undergo plastic surgery only a few weeks after their graduation. Thus, Italy is clearly taking over the title of ‘the silicon country’.
