A person who wants to be kissed has to, first of all, kiss someone. It’s a system of reciprocity. In many cultures, they don’t just go around kissing one another, so do this with people you think they may enjoy it. Let‘s illustrate this with the following thought: a kiss is a pleasant, unobtrusive message that two heads together are better than one lonely one. A lot of uncovered and hidden things are present within the possibility of kissing.
If you still believe that a kiss does not amount to anything more than a polite handshake, we give you some concrete evidence, which is a result of a research done in Russia. The results prove that kissing is healthy indeed:
1. Kissing regulates the
cardiovascular process and reduces high blood pressure and the amount of cholesterol.
2. Kissing stimulates more than 30 muscles on the face that are responsible for our skin being soft and they also increase the blood flow to the skin on our faces.

3. You burn up 12 calories during a kiss that lasts for 5 seconds.
4. Another fact dealing with pressure: kissing prevents the formation of the stressful hormone
glucocorticoid, which is responsible for high blood pressure, weak muscles and insomnia.
5. Kissing is like a natural vaccine because saliva attacks certain germs. How? Saliva contains bacteria present within 80% of people, while 20% of them have a unique compound. By exchanging saliva, your immune system is supposedly stimulated to adjust to the bacteria you are exposed to. The result is exhibited in the production of antibodies that protect you from these germs. This process is called cross-immunotherapy.
