The Saxons used a special technique to prevent the semen going into the vagina. When the woman feels the man will explode, she grabs the root of his penis strongly and squeezes. Because the semen cannot come out in the usual route, it goes into the bladder. This is called retrograde ejaculation. The sperm comes out together with the urine.

It was supposedly used by the Saxons, but it is not done nowadays. But you never know with the Germans.
