Male orgasm consists of two parts

Barbara Keesling, author of How to Make Love All night, divides male orgasm into two phases. The first is called emission - your cannon gets filled with semen, which was collected in the prostate. The second is called expulsion, during which your cannon shoots this liquid from the body and crates rhythmic waves all over the body. The whole process lasts two seconds.

Orgasm control

It is very important that you know what happens during ejaculation if you wish to master your body. Contraction of PC muscle during ejaculation is an involuntary movement for most men. Once you gain control over your PC muscle, you are able to consciously hold or prevent the ejaculation. This is a slow learning process, carried out on your own or with your partner. It is of utmost importance to train your PC muscle. You will gain greater control during penetration and thrusting. The result are multiple orgasms, increased sexual endurance and control.

How many orgasms?

Men are often needlessly worried about the number of intercourse and orgasms they can achieve in one night. Listen to women - most of them will tell you that once is enough, if it is satisfactory. But still some men's refractory period and strength of erection stay the same, despite their age.
