First step: Find a partner who wants S&M and wants you. All the rest follows easily.
I've never seen a limit to what women, as a gender, find attractive in men. But any particular woman will have her own limits and desires. If they do not generally match who you are, then move on to the next woman.
Once you find a woman (or man), then ask her what she needs and wants. Do that with her! Then push her limits slowly but surely. At some point you will again reach her (or your) limits. Stop...at least until your limits change.
