When I say I masturbate at an average of every 2 hours I did not mean that every 2 hours on the dot I masturbate, no. For instance in 1 hour I could masturbate about ten times. Masturbating for me can take two or three minutes. If you add up the total number of times I masturbate in a day and divide it by twenty-four hours you'll have an average of 2 hours. Masturbation for me is not caused by inactivity because I can always stop doing what I'm doing and masturbate except if the activity is performed where there are people. The sport you suggested is a good idea but I cannot spend the entire 24 hours in a day doing sport.
i still want to know if it is psychologically or emotionally harmful and to what extent.

I don't think masturbation is harmful. I think it can only be harmful if it takes over your life and become compulsive, so that it gets in a way of your normal everyday life and activities. But I don't think there are any serious physical consequences.

 I masturbate about 3-4 times per week. Typically in the shower.

Usually I fantasize about women in my life. My recent fantasy involves my young, 17 year old sister-in-law. She is very inexperienced when it comes to sex.
