After months of searching classified ads and dating sites I have come to the conclusion there is no woman who just wanted to have no strings attached sex, either in person or cyber, without getting paid for it. I love women, their bodies are amazing. I can’t help it that the thought of watching a woman pleasure herself while I watch gets me so rock hard I could break a window with it. So, are you out there? Are you as horny as I?

Maybe you should try looking in real life more than online. I mean, the competition online is much more fierce than in real life, because all the virtual tough-guys become pussies in RL. Just go out to a bar and have fun. If you're not really fugly, you should be able to find a girl or two to "service" you

I tried online dating. Never again thank you very much. The internet is filled with desperate men no sane woman would ever want to even dream about dating, much less actually do it.
Go out, party, have fun, the right one will come along sooner or later!

lollypop, what about women? The standards of even the most repulsive women become unreasonably high online, waaaay out of their league. Basically, every ugly chick on one of these sites is expecting to pick up a knight in a shining chevy. How does that make sense?

Horus - That's just because there are so many creeps online that a woman has to protect herself from potential rapists, abusers and the like.
Mark, why would a woman want to only do a FWB? We get absolutely nothing out of that except short-term physical satisfaction.

Well, I used to have a FWB. A short-lived relationship but it was fun, satisfying, and we're still good friends.

Try volunteering somewhere
Be mildly aggressive for example:
1) Find a feature of a woman (like her dress or eyes but not breasts or hips or the like) that is attractive and that she made an effort to be attractive. Compliment it. Never compliment something women don't find attractive about themselves. It won't work. Eyes and outfits are usually safe. Do this with lots of women. You'll strike out often but a few will be willing to talk with you.
2) Find something interesting in the room. State a non-confrontational opinion and then ask her opinion. That'll blow a woman's socks off. To ask a woman what she thinks while being confident yourself is a good start.
3) Be attractive. If you are obese, lose weight. If you are a wimp, find ways that you are confident and concentrate on those.
4) Don't be creepy. Shower, smile, be "real".
5) Ask women if they know anyone who is looking. Most of the time, women get it.
6) Recognize that nearly all women are in relationships if they want to be in a relationship. Don't let that stop you until she tells you to stop. Then...stop and go on to other pastures.
7) If she brushes you off but you really like her, then try one more time with something to attract her (not that attracts you). Then never try again.

I don't think complimenting her eyes might necessarily be the best idea. All guys do that. Rather try to find a part of her she obviously tries to emphasize but most guys wouldn't notice and compliment that. Other than that, do what William said
