1. Sign of a bad partner: He hates things you want to do

Every couple may face a conflict of interests but sometimes it’s necessary to make a compromise. This means that sometimes you do things he likes and vice versa. If he’s the only one enjoying what you do together then it’s time to have a serious talk. You deserve a partner who won’t nag and find excuses every time you suggest doing something interesting.

2. Sign of a bad partner: You don’t like each other’s friends.

It’s a bad sign when you don’t like his friends coming over. It’s even worse if they are the reason for your daily fights. But the worst of all is when your friends start avoiding you because of him. In this case, you can be sure that hanging out with your friends and partner is out of the question.

3. Sign of a bad partner: He lies all the time

Do you ever wonder whether you could tell if he’s lying? You should observe his relationships with friends and family members. If he can lie to the people who are close to him then there is no doubt that he can lie to you too.

4. Sign of a bad partner: He is a “parasite”

Cheapskates are a bad choice but so called “parasites” are even worse. Have you ever asked yourself what kind of a person deserves the name? It’s someone who doesn’t really understand what he is entitled to in a relationship and who’s too selfish to contribute to a joint expenses account even though this wouldn’t be a problem for him.

5. Sign of a bad partner: He doesn’t want to try out new things

Undoubtedly we are all slaves of certain habits but if he persistently clings to the well known and avoids embarking on new adventures, a relationship can quickly become boring. If you want to experience something new and he makes a fuss about it, you face three choices. You can do it by yourself, you can again comply with his wishes or you can look for a compatible partner, with whom every day will feel like an adventure.

6. Sign of a bad partner: He keeps on correcting your mistakes

To err is human. But when your partner thinks he’s always right, and you are always wrong, the saying is misinterpreted. You quickly get tired of a person who constantly corrects you and points out every annoying detail. And when the remarks are no longer expressed only in privacy, you get a feeling that you are seen as incapable and weak. You really don’t need this.

7. Sign of a bad partner: He is oversensitive to critique

Someone who thinks of himself as a perfect being can’t deal with negative critique and is incapable of accepting it. The situation can result in denial, resentment or a fight. None of the above points to a healthy relationship.

8. Sign of a bad partner: He is mamma’s boy

His mum still does his laundry and cooks him lunch. He treats her as a servant and rolls his eyes. Or even worse, he can’t get rid of his dependence and clings to her so strongly that he uses her words and teachings in everyday situations.

9. Sign of a bad partner: He looks at other women

And when he talks to you, you get the impression that he’s talking to one of his mates. This of course can be a good thing to some extent because in every relationship, the conversations should be frank. But when other women are the topic of such conversations it’s recommended to stay within the limits of a good taste.
