Every man experiences it now and then
Every man experiences premature ejaculation now and then. If he has been waiting for a long time to have sex and he is strongly aroused, he could experience problems when it finally happens, since he would have difficulties with prolonging the duration. Fear or a too strong wish to prove himself a good lover can both have the same consequences. If a man starts fearing premature ejaculation, it usually happens. Performance anxiety is easier to fix, because it goes away once the partners get used to each other. Fear is a worse problem, since it deepens with every failure and thought. If the man is afraid that he will not be successful in his sex life, he might have problems with controlling the ejaculation of seamen, because one can quickly get used to specific sexual reactions. Luckily, all these problems are fixable. Some men simply focus their thoughts during sex somewhere else, on problems at work or football, but this method more often than not fails, since it prevents them from fully enjoying sex and so from getting full satisfaction.

Slowplaying
A quite useful method is very slow and gentle penetration of the vagina, where penis can rest for a moment, so the man can focus and prevent premature ejaculation. It can stay in this position for a while and in the mean time you can stimulate the woman by pressing your pubic bone against her clitoris. An additional trick is a special anesthetic you can spray on the head of your penis and so prolong the time to ejaculation. But the downside is that it removes many sensations during sex so it is not very popular with men. Therefore it might be better if you choose a natural method and to have your partner actively participate. She has to be understanding and patient. A man with premature ejaculation problems usually wants his partner to avoid touching his penis during foreplay, which should make him more resilient during sex. This is a mistake you have to correct as soon as possible and try another way. His partner stimulating his penis is just the thing to do to learn ejaculation control. This is a fact discovered by well-known sexologists Masters and Johnson. They found out that this is a great way for the woman to control his ejaculation, while the man slowly gets used to her touch.
Manual stimulation
First you have to take enough time for foreplay, because that is the most important part. Only after thirty minutes of foreplay should sex follow. For starters, have the woman sit on the bed and put a pillow behind her back. The man should lie on his back between her legs, so he rests his head on her, and bend his legs over her thighs. Then she should start stimulating him, until he achieves a strong erection and is about to come. Then she should stop stimulating him and tightly grip the head of the penis. Her thumb should be just below the tip and two fingers on each side of the head. Hold the pressure around four seconds. This approach prevents ejaculation, which means that you can continue with stimulating him after about thirty seconds. Repeat the drill after he is about to orgasm again. You can repeat it up to twenty times. Afterwards, the orgasm will be really strong and the man will get used to holding back the ejaculation. Once both learn better controlling his orgasm, you can try penetration. The most convenient position is for the woman to be on top and move slowly, without real excitement, at least at first. It is even better if she does not move at all and lets the man get used to the feeling of her vagina. Once he is about to ejaculate, she takes the penis out and repeats the aforementioned grip. With a little effort and enough love you can beat premature ejaculation together and finally start to really enjoy sex.
