Sometimes it is difficult to determine whether a person with whom you are intimate is really enjoying herself - enjoying her time with you and reaching orgasms. If you're unsure whether your sweetheart is truly enjoying herself or merely acting, check the signs of her body, which are usually but not always the best indicator of sexual arousal and pleasure.

Check her breathing

By that we do not mean that you should check whether or not she is still alive, of course. We are referring to a different matter. Upon reaching orgasm, the breathing quickens and can be accompanied by various moans or mumblings. When orgasm comes, the heart rate increases because the muscles and the internal organs require more oxygen. If you therefore notice faster breathing and an accelerated heart beat, you are probably on the right track. The possible exception could be a heart attack or the fact that your partner is faking it. If she breathes normally after coming in a big way, the orgasm was probably a performance on her part.

The language of her body movements

If she bends her toes or is even being thrown around the bed, the chances that she is genuinely enjoying herself are pretty high. The same applies to her rubbing her body against yours. If she just lies there like a sack of potatoes, your efforts are probably not providing her much pleasure. In this case you should stop what you are doing and change your position or even go back to the start and repeat the foreplay with your tongue, the fingers, etc.

The common rhythm

The complete harmony between two people in bed brings about a perfect and unforgettable orgasm. If you reach an accord in bed and find a common rhythm, this means that she can benefit from it as well. A good shag is highly dependant also on the position you are in when she comes. The position of the hands

A good sign that she is enjoying your sexual encounter is the position of her hands. They can be placed anywhere on your body starting from your shoulders, your face, around your hips, on your bottom, anywhere except lying still next to her body. If she is on top, she is most probably using them to support herself and reach the most orgasmic angles. In the case of her lying down or in the doggy position, she is enjoying herself if she is grabbing the sheets or the pillow.
