She tested her ideas on many women with the help of fusing western psychology and eastern sexual techniques. The ‘orgasm loop’ is one of the biggest discoveries she has made lately. It’s called this because it has your attention constantly. You’ll be a bit too attentive of what you’re doing at the start, so you won’t be able to completely focus on your partner, but this should not bother him because he also wants to give you as much pleasure as possible. You’ll soon learn to do the technique and moves spontaneously and they’ll bring you to the best orgasm of your life...

Step one: turn yourself on with the power of thought

Take some time for yourself first. Prepare a bath or lie on the bed. Close your eyes and imagine an image which makes you feel pleasure. The image should be simple, but erotic enough so that you can say: “I’m aroused.” Some women who have tried this technique wondered if the image they made up was the mental image of their partner. This is a mistake! This thing has nothing to do with your partner, it’s only about you and your connection to your body. You must first draw from your arousal, which is your inner force, and connect to your partner only later.

Step two: become synchronised with your body

Close your eyes during foreplay and imagine that all the energy in your body is collected in these two spots. The first spot is near the sexual organs, directly below the bellybutton and is called the 'inner qi' in eastern esoteric sexuality. The second spot is on the lower part of the back, in the rump, where the centre of sexual energy is, according to kundalini yoga. By imagining energy in these two spots, you’ll achieve concentration of your thoughts, which will increase the blood flow and temperature in these spots – both of these are vital conditions for an orgasm. Then imagine that your breath is like fire. Create a 'circle of fire' by sending energy through your body in a circular motion. Breathe in through the nose and exhale through the mouth slowly and deeply and then send the fire breath through the body. The energy of the fire is felt in the rump first, only later should it reach the sexual organs. Fire breathing increases the amount of oxygen in the blood, which increases the strength of the orgasm.

Step three: connect with your partner

You’re now prepared to bear the fruits of the great 'orgasm loop’. Place yourself so that the head of the penis is in contact with the clitoris or the G-spot and use your hand for additional stimulation. Don’t interrupt the fire breathing, especially not when you’re becoming overcome with the energy of an orgasm because this is the real secret of a more intense ecstatic climax.
