Some types of food are powerful aphrodisiacs, but they can also be used in other ways during intercourse. (jlp)
Foreplay is an indispensable part of great sex. If you’re already tired of all the usual overtures and want to spice up your sex life and relationship, or just want to try something fresh and exciting, it’s high time you also started cooking in the bedroom. Not literally, of course – here are a few tips on how to include
food in your foreplay in a very arousing way.
Snacks during intercourse
You’ve probably already included food in your
foreplay without even being aware of it. A bag of crisps that you share in bed is a good start, but you may nevertheless try to consider a plate of different types of cheese and fruit accompanied by a glass of champagne. The rich tastes will heighten your senses and create the feeling of pleasure.
A hot game with fruit
Ice cubes that gently slide down your partner’s skin are the constancy of the Hollywood movies. We suggest that you use your favourite fruit instead of ice. Take a piece of a watermelon, strawberry, mango or other juicy fruit and slowly slide them down your partner’s naked body and then lick the wet and sweet trail with your tongue.

Tasty fellatio and cunilingus
Food used in oral sex can be a very arousing experience. The most popular are strawberries, whipped cream and the chocolate topping. You take them from the refrigerator at least an hour beforehand to warm up and reach room temperature. They will gradually become dry and everything will be a bit sticky. It’s therefore best if you have a wet cloth at hand or continue your action in the shower. You should, however, remember that the vagina isn’t the place for very sweet food products. Namely, the vagina is an extremely balanced and delicate environment sensitive to the intrusion of foreign objects. Sugar can cause unpleasant yeast infections.
Vegetable penetration
Those who are the most courageous may try to satisfy themselves or their partner with vegetarian penetration. In that case, people most often use vegetables that are long and narrow, such as courgettes or cucumbers, replacing the usual role played by the penis or vibrator. Some people love carrots because of their special texture, but a great deal of caution should be used because of a fairly rough surface that can cause unpleasant vaginal abrasions. Whatever you decide, we recommend that you heat the food before use by soaking it in warm water five to ten minutes. To make things even more pleasant, use a bit of high-quality lubricant.
Good appetite and a lot of pleasure to all who’ll act on the aforementioned advice and test it in practice.
