Many women were very satisfied with an orgasmic diet. (Photoxpress)

Marrena Lindberg promises an orgasm also to women who have never had one in her bestseller The Orgasmic Diet. Among other things she advises you to give up coffee and drink a toast with fish oil.

What’s the recipe for an orgasmic diet?

Orgasmic diet is based on eating more food which increases the level of testosterone in women and balances out two main neurotransmitters – serotonin and dopamine. The diet is combined with exercising. The emphasis is on the muscles of the pelvic floor, where women use a device they can order on the Internet. Good old Kegel exercises are also effective.

Orgasmic diet lifts the level of testosterone

Orgasmic diet advises you to raise the level of testosterone by eating food rich with protein (the authoress stresses mostly protein and animal fat, which can be risky for health), zinc (in protein of animal origin, hulled wheat and pumpkin seeds) and magnesium (green vegetables with leaves, nuts, algae, chocolate).

Dopamine and serotonin are important factors of an orgasmic diet

If you decide to follow the program of orgasmic diet it’s important to keep the right balance of serotonin and dopamine. Serotonin is supposedly connected to a decrease in libido, while dopamine is responsible for feelings of expectation and desire (not all that much with pleasure itself) and therefore increases sexual desire. These two are supposedly balanced out if you eat food rich with omega 3 fatty acids, which we can get with really good quality fish oil (you can also get them via food of vegetable origin, like spirulina and linseed or oil) and by eating a certain amount of black chocolate.

Away with orgasm inhibitors!

During your orgasmic diet you mostly have to avoid caffeine, alcohol, smoking and simple carbohydrates (sugar, white flour, etc.). She also advises against food or supplements that are usually considered to be healthy, like soy, ginkgo and ginseng.

Orgasmic diet proved as successful

Women who have stuck to the orgasmic diet have reported exceptional results only after two weeks, regardless of age. They all got their sexual desire back and the problems with vaginal moisture have disappeared. There was some disapproval about fish oil, but who would complain about a diet which prescribes chocolate?

If you still have problems with orgasm, then it's time to consult out Lover's Guide.
