A lot of things have been said about aphrodisiacs and there’s still no end in sight.

Goat’s beard
Even if it isn’t an aphrodisiac, it’s mentioned here because it contains a substance that increases breast size, which indirectly increases her libido and the libido of her partner.
Preparation: You boil 0.7 ounces (20g) of the whole plant or 0.35 ounces (10g) of seeds in 2.1 pints (1l) of water. Drink it three times a day. The tea can be replaced by 15 to 3 drops of pure tincture, dissolved in a quarter of a glass of water.
Mustard
It stimulates and regulates the functioning of sexual glands. The plant works as an aphrodisiac in introverted people and it has a calming effect in people who suffer from priapism or nymphomania.
Take it moderately because it causes undesired consequences in larger doses.
Preparation: Boil 0.35-0.52 ounces (10-15g) of the plant in 2.1 pints (1l) of water. Drink the tea at breakfast and late in the afternoon or take 15 drops of pure tincture per half a sugar cube.

Ginseng
The dynamic and tonic effects of ginseng, and its power as an aphrodisiac, valued for 2000 years. No other plant contains substances that would have such a synergistic effect. Ginseng is also effective in the fight against stress, which is an additional advantage if you remember how important mental health is for sex life.
Use: 12 to 15 drops of pure tincture per a quarter of a glass of water. Drink it when you wake up, then at 11 a.m. and at 4 p.m.
Or: Put 10 to 35 drops of liquid extract in a quarter of a glass of water. Drink that half an hour before a meal. Or: Take 1 to 3 gel tablets made of powdered roots per a quarter of a glass of water. Drink that in the morning and afternoon.
Cloves
Cloves contain a substance that has a direct effect on the urinary tract and causes the hollow part of the penis to swell. Therefore, this isn’t an aphrodisiac in the true meaning of the word, but a plant that triggers man’s erection.
Preparation: Use 0.17 ounces (5g) of leaves per 2.1 pints (1l) of water. Drink 1 teacup after every meal.

Mistletoe
In addition to its energy boost, mistletoe is also famous for the properties that improve the state of arteriosclerosis. Owing to that, the plant is considered to “work wonders” at a certain age. But be careful! It’s dangerous if taken in large quantities.
Preparation: Make tea from 0.52 ounces (15g) of the plant per 2.1 pints (1l) of water. Drink it three times a day. Or: Mix some dry leaf powder with a tea spoon of honey and eat it.
Corn
Maize increases blood flow in the pelvis.
Preparation: When you wake up and before you got to sleep, drink 1 glass of water in which corn was boiled (7 ounces or 200 grams of maize per 2.1 pints or 1 litre of water). Or: After every meal, eat one spoon of syrup made from 0.52 ounces (15g) of maize silks, boiled in 1 pint (0.5l) of ordinary sugar syrup.
Peppermint
It’s dangerous to use the pure extract of ethanol produced from this plant. You should only use extracts or preparations from the whole plant to improve you sense of touch and reflexes, such as erection.
Preparation: Drink the tea made from 0.52 ounces (15g) of the plant per 2.1 pints (1l) of water. Or: Pour 3 drops of essential oil on half a sugar cube and take it 15 minutes before you have sex.
Attention: Peppermint isn’t compatible with homeopathic treatments!

St John's wort
Tannins of this plant work as an aphrodisiac by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system, particularly in the genitals. Preparation: Make tea from 0.35 ounces (10g) of the plant per 2.1 pints (1l) of water. Drink it before a meal. Wine made from St John's wort can be prepared as follows: soak 7 ounces (20g) of the whole plant or only dry leaves 2.1 pints (1l) of dry white wine.
Common fleabane
Organic acids of the plant stimulate the neurovegetative nervous system and have a beneficial effect on erectile tissue of sex organs. It’s advisable not to exceed the doses described below.
Preparation: 0.35 ounces (10g) of the plant per 2.1 pints (1l) of water. Drink the tea after all three meals of the day. Or: Put 15 drops of pure tincture in a quarter of a glass of water and drink it in the morning and afternoon.
