Unfortunately, attention is primarily devoted to questions such as lack of money, retirement homes and pensions. We often forget the most ordinary things which are of vital importance for the happiness in the autumn of our lives. The reality is that old people have their desires and needs too.
Old age brings about certain changes, of course. How to handle them? The most appropriate way is to accept them and deal with them in the best way we can.

Step1: You can improve your sex life
You should be aware that your love life can improve in every period of your life. There are some good conditions for this age  in our golden years. You reach retirement, your children leave home, life becomes much more relaxed, you have much more energy which you can use for   mutual relaxation. When you have more time and there are less distracting things around you, that is the time when you should awake your passion and creativity.

Be honest with yourself. Only in this way will you be able to open a door to a new and exciting sexuality. Do not pretend everything is as it used to be.
