In the book The Multi-Orgasmic Man: Sexual Secrets Every Man Should Know, Mantak Chia and Douglas Abrams Arava reveal sexual secrets every man should know based on Taoist techniques and scientific revelations.
Only in the last four decades have we recognized and accepted female
multiple orgasms as normal, but the fact that men can have multiple orgasms is still so surprising to most of us that we can hardly believe it, even though you have probably already had multiple orgasms without ejaculation yourselves because most men are capable of this before entering the age when orgasms are joined with the ejaculation. The Chinese realised more than 3000 years ago that a man can have several orgasms if he holds or even completely prevents the ejaculation. In the West, Alfred Kinsey, one of the first sexual researchers, reported about similar discoveries only in the 1930s.
Multiple orgasms without ejaculation
This might be because the orgasm and ejaculation are two separate processes. The orgasm isn’t only a matter of genitalia, but it involves the entire body, with the most important organ being the brain. The fact that an orgasm can be reached in your sleep or with electronic stimulation of a certain part of the brain speaks on behalf of this theory. Unlike an orgasm, which is the climax of an emotional and physical experience, the ejaculation is only a reflex of the rhythmic contraction of pelvic muscles, which ends with sperm squirting out. The ejaculation of semen from the body happens in two steps. During the contraction or the secretion phase the prostate contracts and empties the sperm into the urethra, while during the emptying phase the semen goes into the urethra and through the penis. Multi-orgasmic men can feel a spasmodic orgasm as pleasant contracting in the pelvis or tingling in the prostate, for which an ejaculation isn’t necessary and the erection remains. In this case the body sucks in and decomposes the semen, just like with men who have gone through a vasectomy. A reverse or
retrograde ejaculation into the bladder is also possible. It isn’t harmful, but it causes the loss of the erection. Certain exercises can help us reach an orgasm without triggering the reflex of ejaculation.
Control your body
You must first get to know yourself, discover your body and learn how your penis, testicles, crotch, anus, prostate and pelvic muscles can help you with your sexual arousal. You must be aware of the physical circulation of the bioelectric energy (called Qi in the east) and you have to know how to redirect it with the power of your thoughts from the sexual organs to other parts of the body. The critical moment is when the prostate contracts. That’s when you need to wait or reduce stimulation for a moment. You can also achieve a certain degree of control by firmly embracing your prostate with your pubococcygeus muscle. This is the same muscle which enables control over urination and enables animals to wag their tails. An interesting piece of trivia – the word penis means tail in Latin. It’s very important to strengthen this muscle by contracting and relaxing or stopping the flow of urine, which is also known as Kegel exercises. It’s also recommendable that the bladder is empty during sexual intercourse. Controlled, correct and deep breathing from the stomach is also important. Regular breathing lessons will automatically make your breaths deeper.
Learn the multiple-orgasm techniques during masturbation
Masturbation can help you to multiple orgasms without ejaculation. You can learn techniques to hold the ejaculation. Take your time, stimulate the entire penis, touch the testicles and anus as well. Focus on your body and feelings rather than on pornographic aid. When you get near the ejaculation, stop and relax and wait for the arousal to go away slightly before continuing. You have to stop at the right time – it’s better to stop sooner than too late. Besides breathing deeply, the contraction of the pelvic muscle or manual squeezing of the penis will also help prolong your ejaculation. Hold the lower side of the penis with your index and middle fingers, put the thumb on top and squeeze, or grab the penis like a shovel and squeeze the top of the head with your thumb. It also helps if you hold the testicles, which retreat slightly into the body before ejaculation, with your thumb and index finger and pull them away from the body. You can also release the sexual arousal with a massage of the crotch, by pushing the million dollar point which is situated just before the anus, or with a three-finger lock, where we use the ring and index fingers to hold the urethra in place and use the middle finger to push it hard. Progressive techniques also involve the redirection of collected sexual energy from the genitals, past the back, to the brain and then down into the bellybutton where it is stored. It helps if we push our toes against the floor, bend our head towards our back and touch our palate with our tongue.
Don’t give up if you can’t hold your ejaculation at the start or if you still lose your erection. It’ll become easier to control your ejaculation with practice and your partner will also be happy to see your newfound knowledge.
