How to enlarge the penis naturally? (Part 1)

It’s possible to make the penis longer

No matter what doctors or surgeons tell you, a penis enlargement IS possible. You can do it with the correct exercises discovered by the Saudi Arabians and treated as part of their culture. A big penis symbolises fertility and is a real magnet for women. When boys come into puberty, their fathers show them the technique to enlarge and ‘milk’ the penis. They practise this for half an hour a day with the right breathing and mental images. Thus they are able to make the penis longer for 1 inch and a half (4 centimetres) when it’s hard. The technique functions by stretching the erectile tissue in the penis. If you’re persistent, the results can be seen already after one month. The penis becomes longer and wider due to stretching and ‘milking’.

Warming up the penis

The purpose of the exercises is to enlarge the mushroom-like tissue (covered with blood during an erection) in the penis. Just as you have to warm up the entire body before exercising, you also have to prepare the penis for these enlargement exercises. To warm up you have to grab the penis firmly (but not too roughly) around the head and slightly pull it forward, so that you feel tension in the middle of the penis. Relax after ten seconds of this. Do this ten times. Then you have to circle the penis and bend it ten times left and right. When the penis is warmed up enough, you have to massage it until a partial or slight erection occurs. Then you have to wrap the penis and testicles into a warm cloth for two minutes. Do this five times, so that the body of the penis warms up and keeps the blood flowing into it. Instead of wrapping it into a cloth, you can also sit in a warm bath and you can warm up the penis under water. When the cock is really ready, you can start with the enlargement exercises.

Method to make the penis longer

This exercise doesn’t have as much effect on the width of the penis as it does on its length. It can be performed while sitting down on the edge of a chair or a couch, or it can be done standing up. The penis must be completely dried off after the warming up with a warm cloth, so that the grip is firmer. You have to follow these steps:

  1. The penis must be soft. You grip it firmly around its head with one hand and use the palm of the other hand to grip the hand holding the penis.
  2. This is followed by a pull that’s strong enough so that stretching is felt on the penis. Hold the penis like this for thirty seconds then relax. Do this ten times, pull more strongly each time, but not so hard as to cause pain.
  3. When you do this ten times, you have to relax the penis by hitting it against the thigh 75 to a hundred times. In this way the blood flows into the penis again. This is followed by a one-minute break.
  4. Repeat step 2, but only pull the penis to the left this time.
  5. Repeat step 3.
  6. Repeat step 2, but pull the penis to the right.
  7. Repeat step 3.
  8. Repeat step 2, but pull it up.
  9. Repeat step 3.
  10. Repeat step 2, this time with downward movements.
  11. Hit the penis against the thigh again, this time 75 to a hundred times.
  12. Repeat step 2, but this time with 30 circular movements of the penis to the left and then clockwise (to the right). This is again followed by hitting the penis against the thigh 75 to a hundred times.

Comments and advice

After hitting the penis against the thigh, you can massage it a bit, so that you achieve a partial erection and the blood flows into the penis again. But before continuing with the exercises, the penis should be soft again. Due to squeezing the head, red or purple spots can manifest on it. This is perfectly normal. When the spots disappear after a while, firmer tissue is formed. If the hands start slipping from the penis during the exercise, it’s best to put on baby powder for a better grip.

After this stretching exercise, a 15 to 20 minute session of Arabic jelqing will give circulation to the whole penis, particularly the head.
