Arabic penis milking (jelqing)

Now that we’ve gotten to know the technique to make the penis longer, we can take a look at the next step of increasing your manliness – Arabic penis milking. The method of milking has been used by tribes and cultures for centuries and kept under tight wraps as a sort of family secret. The knowledge of milking has been handed down from father to son and is the most reliable method of natural penis enlargement. This exercise makes blood flow into the penis. After a few months, the areas where blood gathers in the penis increases and can thus store greater quantities of blood and subsequently the penis increases as well. The exercise requires 20 to 30 minutes and is performed on the edge of a chair or a couch, or you can do it standing up. You need a little bit of Vaseline or baby oil to do it. Lying down isn’t recommendable during the exercise because gravity hinders the ‘milking’.

Performing Arabic jelqing

The method is several centuries old and you have to do it daily because this is the only way for the erectile tissue of the penis to remain in shape and keep the circulation going. Before doing the exercises, you have to stretch the penis and prepare it with hot warming up, like we discussed in the first part of the article. Before starting the exercise, you have to dry the penis, so that water doesn’t mix with lubricant. The exercise happens in the following steps:

-          massaging the penis until a partial erection, which is constantly necessary for this exercise, happens

-          grabbing the base of the penis (the back part) with the thumb and index finger, which keeps the blood in the penis. You have to grab its whole circumference, thus making the 'OK' sign around the penis. The thumb and index finger grip the penis firmly and push the blood forward in the erectile tissue to the head.

-          when the first hand travels all the way, you do the same with the thumb and index finger on your other hand. The pace is relaxed and one hand follows the other one just like with real milking.

 

Thirty minutes of this is just enough after you go past the phase of red spots on the head of the penis. These spots are caused by stretching the parts where blood collects. In order to cause as few ‘injuries’ as possible, you can start slowly and gently and intensify the action.

How to intensify Arabic milking?

The start of the jelqing can be a bit gentler. During the first week milking can last 10 minutes a day with 100 to 200 pulls on the penis. During the second week you can do it for 20 minutes and during the third week for half an hour. The penis should be constantly partly erected. In three or four months the results start showing and all your persistence immediately pays off because the penis isn’t only longer and wider, but it’s also harder and healthier. The penis is warmer, bigger than usually and tingling can be felt throughout it after a thirty-minute exercise. This is a sign that the erectile tissue has expanded or increased.

Comments and advice

The best choice for lubricant in this exercise is Vaseline or baby oil because they don’t become absorbed too soon, but they give the skin a sliding quality for a longer period of time. If the exercises cause bruises, it’s best to stop doing them until the penis is healed. In the mean time you can do Kegel exercises for men. You can take a one-day break every six days, but it can’t last too long because there just won’t be any results. You also have to include visualisation and breathing exercises to the exercise. The point of these two elements is in keeping the partial erection and the prevention of complete arousal and erection. It’s not advisable to perform milking in the shower and with soap because this will result in pain that lasts for several days. In case the need to ejaculate arises during the jelqing, you have to stop and wait until you can continue. This exercise is useful also for learning how to prevent premature ejaculation during sexual intercourse.

To perform all these exercises, it’s good if you know the technique to strengthen an erection and muscles which trigger an ejaculation. You have to be good at breathing exercises and in other ways of enlarging the penis. Similar exercises can also help you if your penis is crooked.
