The Chinese Nine is a series of shallow and deep thrusts with the penis. Shallow thrusts reach about 1/3 of the depth of the vagina. The Chinese Nine is usually done in series repeated 5 to 6 times.

Method one

The first method includes a round of 9 shallow thrusts and one deep thrust. 10 rounds count as one series.

Method two

The second method consists of nine shallow thrusts and one deep thrust, after which we alter the ratio to 8 : 2, 7 : 3, 6 : 4, 5 : 5, 4 : 6, 3 : 7, 2 : 8, 1 : 9. All this constitutes a series which is repeated 5 to 6 times.

The technique has to be performed while physically and spiritually completely relaxed. It is done intuitively.
