Obesity Affects the Quality of Sex Life

Obesity makes it impossible to have a relaxed and interesting sex life because you feel tense, sluggish and clumsy. It's time to make changes!

Obesity causes tension in sex life

Obese people are not satisfied with their appearance and usually have an unpleasant feeling when in front of their partners. Especially when they are naked and it comes to sexual intercourse. Such people will be unable to relax during sexual intercourse because they will constantly burden themselves with their bodies and at the same time believe that partners do not look at them with lust. This does not refer to extra 20 pounds which can make somebody look quite cute. It refers to excessive body weight, when people gain weight for 100 or more pounds and fall into a state where they have no wish to do anything. Such people believe that they are fat and their lives are doomed to boredom and very rare sexual activity.

Very few positions are suitable for overweight people

If the man is overweight, he cannot have intercourse in the missionary position because he could literally crush his partner. In that case, the only possible solution is that the woman takes control. If the situation is reversed, the missionary position is the only logical option because other positions are very unpractical and difficult. The so-called “doggy-style” position may also be suitable for an overweight woman, but there is a problem of overburdening her knees which can even be damaged in time. In other words, overweight people are very limited in terms of variety in sexual intercourse, and they usually lose interest in sexuality and turn into boring lovers.

Some men love obese women

It is completely different for men who are turned on by chubby women. Such men literally enjoy excessive pounds of fat and would otherwise be very unhappy. More heavy-set women are, more thrilled and wilder they are. An overweight woman who finds such a man can, of course, be very happy, but their number is small, which means that they are an exception rather than a rule. Let us emphasize again that this does not refers to women who are slightly more rounded in all the right places, but women who have 200 or more pounds and at the age when they should not have such weight yet and their sex lives ought to reach the peak (which can last practically the whole life). Of course, the same goes for men, who often neglect themselves when they settle down with a partner. 

The greatest problem is lack of self-confidence 

Nevertheless, it seems that the main problem of overweight people is lack of self-confidence, that is, dissatisfaction with one’s own body. The partner who loves an overweight person most probably does not have as a pessimistic view of the matter as the person who gained excessive pounds. But that is the way things are. People are visual beings. Therefore, beings who burden themselves with their appearance. And it is a known fact that people are such as they see themselves. If you are obese, you therefore have two options; you can accept your body and enjoy it, or you can do something to like your body. Of course, a great effort and self-discipline are needed, but believe me, everybody feels like that and it is not any harder for you than it is for anyone else.

Despite the problems overweight people face in the bedroom, recent researches prove that overweight men are better lovers.
