Redheads have sex more often

In the institute in Hamburg, a study was carried out in which they asked more than a hundred German women with different hair colours how often they have sex. The findings of the study showed that redheads have sex more often in comparison with blondes and brunettes.

 

The head of the study and sexologist, Prof. Dr .Werner Habermehl, said that according to the research redheads had sex more often as well as with more partners, as opposed to women with different hair colour.

They reached the conclusion that a woman who dyes her hair from red to another colour seeks a serious partner, while women who are in a relationship and dye their hair to red are sending the message to their sexual partners that they expect something more than they currently offer them.

 

Psychologist Christine Baumanns said it might not be the women who were to “blame” for the better sex lives of redheads. “Red stands for passion and when a man sees a redhead he will think he is dealing with a woman who won't mess around, and gets straight to the point when it comes to sex.”
