Sex on the first date?
An American internet agency for matchmaking published the conclusions of the study conducted by the Center for Research on Sexuality. The most surprising, if not even shocking, is the information that 30% of women in the U.S. have sex on the first date. The study included 740 women, the users of the services provided by online dating agencies.
The reason for such a high percentage of women who decide on having sex on the first date can be seen in the fact that most women check on their potential lovers before going on a date. This is largely provided by the internet profile of the man, published on the websites of dating agencies. Visual attraction and a verified partner mean a far greater chance for sex on the first date. Prior to the date, there are various hints to have intercourse made between a woman and her sympathy through text messages or e-mails.
Of 740 women surveyed, 568 responded that they agreed to meet the people whom they first met on the web in person. Of 30% of women who had sex on the first date, quite a few went on the date with the intention of having sexual intercourse. It is surprising that 77% of these women had no protection in the last sexual intercourse with the partner they met through an internet agency. 75% of American women did not talk to their sex partners about AIDS or other sexually transmitted diseases.
