Vaginal vs. Clitoral Orgasm

It is not enough for a man to master all the possible techniques of oral sex. To fully understand his partner he should also know the difference between clitoral and vaginal orgasm!

There are two types of female orgasm: Vaginal and clitoral

Even the good old Sigmund Freud mentioned two types of female orgasm, the so-called vaginal and clitoral orgasms. He also claimed that only a mature woman can reach the first one. This is, of course, the orgasm where a woman achieves the sexual height without stimulation of the magical button, unlike the clitoral orgasm, which only involves the stimulation of the clitoris, and presents an easier way for a woman to achieve her climax. However, things are not as simple as it might seem at first glance. Not to be mistaken, we will not speak about the techniques of cunnilingus and the fact that she has to tell her partner what turns her on. This time we will enter into her head, the place where it all starts, and where the first orgasm has to happen.

Clitoral orgasm as well as vaginal orgasm starts in the head

As you already know, one of the methods for achieving the clitoral orgasm is oral sex but the woman has to let herself go and enjoy the teasing of the man’s tongue, take control and totally relax. And here problems can arise, as enjoyment and relaxation are everything but easy to achieve. While some women can hardly wait for their partners to orally satisfy them and some of them fantasize about it even more than sexual intercourse itself, others do not feel anything at the thought or mention of cunnilingus. Moreover, it even puts them off, they feel afraid and burdened with it. They do not see it as something beautiful and desirable and they can even feel dislike. You will not believe it, but many women are disgusted at the thought of cunnilingus because they feel they are somehow dirty down there.

An even greater problem arises when the woman rejects oral sex again and again, which means the problem needs to be solved and a normal response for this normal part of sexual foreplay has to be achieved as soon as possible. Consultations at a psychiatrist and the extreme rejection of cunnilingus will not be discussed here. We will deal with women who are not far from success and who perhaps need just a little more patience and understanding.

The woman has to learn to enjoy cunnilingus while the man has to help her and, of course, give her time. To turn unpleasant feelings into pleasure, you first need to get to the heart of the problem, and find out why your partner does not like oral sex in the first place. Perhaps the problem is that her previous partners did not stimulate her properly so she even got bored during licking. The man has to find the right way of oral stimulation and his partner has to give him advice. That is the point of everything. The woman has to able to talk about what turns her on and the man has to follow her advice and consider every detail.

Relaxation is the key to clitoral and vaginal orgasm

To be able to be completely relaxed during cunnilingus, it is good that the woman draws her attention to something else and not solely to the act itself; not only focusing on the physical thrills, but being able to wonder to her imaginary world, into her fantasies where action is not focused solely on the stimulation of her pubic region. The woman should therefore close her eyes and direct her own film about the things that turn her on the most; the things for which it is not necessary that have any connection with the act itself. The woman can indulge in her wildest and the most perverse, as well as gentle fantasies, while at the same time she is constantly aroused by physical thrills provided by her partner. Her body will start responding differently to oral stimulation and in the way it should respond. In time cunnilingus may become a very popular part of sexual practice for such a woman, and the partner will wildly enjoy it as well. As already said in the introduction, the first orgasm from oral sex has to happen in the head.
