Normally, the male orgasm is followed by ejaculation of semen. Many men (as well as women) cannot imagine what it would be like if there was no ejaculation.
Men have always been preoccupied with the sperm – its color, smell, taste, amount, and the strength of ejaculation. Almost every culture attributed a special meaning to this body fluid. Loss of the sperm was considered as weakness.
The sperm had an important role even before 1779 when it was scientifically proved that a sperm cell truly fertilizes an egg. Today, however, we still do not have the full understanding of the sperm, and the wrong ideas about men who have incredible ejaculations are promoted by pornographic films.
Anejaculation
Anejaculation means the inability to ejaculate semen. It can be the result of psychological or physical problems. If a man produces the sperm, but it does not come out, this means that he is infertile. In most cases, anejaculation does not mean that you cannot reach an orgasm.
The psychological origin of anejaculation
When you suffer from psychological anejaculation, you normally do not experience orgasm. Psychological anejaculation can be temporary or permanent. Temporary anejaculation means that the man ejaculates in some situations and not in others. This does not only depend on the situation, but also on the person with which he has sexual intercourse. Masturbation is also a sign of situational psychological anejaculation – the man ejaculates only when he masturbates and never during sexual intercourse. Stress can also have a significant effect on transitional anejaculation. Permanent anejaculation means that the man is unable to ejaculate when awake, but has ejaculations while he is asleep. In such cases, he the man deeply rooted psychological problems.
The physical origin of anejaculation
Anejaculation can be the result of neurological injuries. Diabetes is also one of the significant causes.
