It’s again the time of wearing short skirts, hot pants and bikinis, but as every year you lack courage because of your cellulite? Other women have this problem too. Although it’s impossible to get rid of cellulite in a very short time because it accumulated for quite a while, you can significantly reduce it if you help fight cellulite (healthy diet, plenty of water and aerobic exercise) with home anti-cellulite compresses.

Remedy No. 1: Coffee massage

Owing to caffeine, which stimulates blood circulation, coffee is the main ingredient of anti-cellulite creams and preparations. Caffeine helps break down fat that causes the typical, orange peel skin and stimulate the metabolism and lymph flow, thus reducing swelling of the skin. In the fight against cellulite, you can mix some grinded coffee with your shower gel, preferably an anti-cellulite, pilling gel. You apply the mix to the affected parts and massage them in a circular motion for a few minutes. Then you rinse them by alternating the flow of hot and cold water. An even more effective way is to massage your body with a massage glove or brush. You can buy them in any shop or from a chemist.

Remedy No. 2: Cinnamon compress

Cinnamon stimulates the excretion of waste products from the skin and subcutaneous tissue and thus shrinks fat cells. Therefore, apply a body lotion (preferably anti-cellulite lotion) to your thighs and put a lot of cinnamon on top of the cream. Wrap your thighs in cellophane for 30 minutes. After removing the foil, rinse your thighs by alternating the flow of cold and hot water. You might smell like a pie, but the outcome is certainly more important than any undesired side effects.

Remedy No. 3: Attack with clay

Clay is one of the best ways to detox your body because it removes waste products from the body. You add  just enough water to clay to get a thick mixture. Don’t blend them. Instead, let the water absorb the clay. Apply the mixture to the affected areas and wrap them in cellophane to additionally increase the heat. This’ll heighten the effect. After 15 minutes (at maximum), remove the foil and first rinse the areas with hot water and then alternate the flow of hot and cold water. Then rub your thighs with a cotton towel to increase your blood flow and apply anti-cellulite cream to them.

In addition to all the compresses, you have to maintain a healthy lifestyle and massage the affected areas every day; it’s best if you use a massage glove or brush.
