There is basically no substance, alien to our body, which would have a beneficial influence on it. You should stay away from liquor, cigarettes, marijuana, all opiates and hallucinogenic substances. All of them lessen the effect of medicaments and create extremely harmful substances when combined.

How to increase your desire for intimacy?

The best way to increase your pleasure during sexual intercourse is to stay fit and healthy. Eat healthy food, avoid sugar, greasy and frozen food, and instead eat a lot of fruit, vegetables and fish. Exercising will help you to remain fit and healthy which will also have a beneficial effect on your sex life.
