Libido is affected by food

A proper and well-balanced diet has a very positive effect on your whole body and can also increase your sex drive. Vegetables with a strong taste, such as garlic, onion, leek, chive, fennel, aniseed, ginger, cinnamon, black pepper and horse radish, have an invigorating effect. The majority of them cause bad breath, so you’d better refresh your breath before your partner loses his sexual desire. Seafood is another effective way to increase your libido. Salmon, sardines and mussels increase libido and have a beneficial effect on health because they contain a large amount of Omega fatty acids.
