Kegel exercises are exercises for the pelvic muscles. The exercises were invented by Dr. Arnold Kegel with the purpose of helping women who have trouble with urine leakage at childbirth. Young mothers who had practiced Kegel exercises noticed a change in the intensity of their orgasms. Experiencing more powerful orgasms thrilled them. There is a variety of Kegel exercises, but they are all done in the same way. Kegel exercises work for men, too, namely by squeezing and lowering the pubic muscles. Kegel exercises will not enhance the intensity of male orgasms, but will help them successfully solve the problem of premature semen ejaculation.

Kegel exercises for women and men

- We must first find out where the pelvic (perineum) muscles are, which is done most easily while urinating. Try to stop or cease urine jet towards the end of urinating. The muscles you have used are pelvic muscles, which are also used in Kegel exercises.

- Now that you know where the pelvic (perineum) muscles are, it is time for the real Kegel training. Squeeze the pelvic (perineum) muscles hard for a second, than relax them. Do this ten times successively. Repeat the exercises three times a day. Gradually increase the number of squeezes so that by the end of one month exercise you will have done 10 squeezes 20 times a day.

- Do Kegel exercises while performing everyday activities, for example while watching TV commercials, while talking on the phone, when stopping at the red light on the traffic light or while browsing the internet. Find your favorite daily chore and complement it with Kegel exercises.

- Of course, do not forget to ‘kegel’ during sex! – for your and your partner’s greater pleasure.

Perform Kegel exercises at least 6 weeks successively. Results will not appear overnight, but with time you will notice a big difference.
