Men who have sexual relations twice a week are twice as less likely to have heart diseases as men who indulge in bed activities once a month. Sexual intercourse is also an excellent recreation. During intercourse, the heart rate increases to 120 and it may even reach 160 during orgasm, which is as much as in the most demanding exercises in an aerobics class.
Men who ejaculate 13 to 20 times a month are 14% less likely to have prostate cancer.
