Desperate housewives have no problems finding sexual partners, but not every woman after forty can say the same. Many either don't feel they have an attractive body or are conservative when it comes to sex. Research points out that the most common cause for having a poor sex life after forty is either cultural and religious convictions or biological and social consequences of aging. For example, many women stay single after the death of their partners and believe that intercourse outside the bounds of matrimony is something totally inappropriate. But in modern times, they have no good reason to feel that way. A sexual relationship of two people who aren't married to each other is no longer the taboo it used to be.
